DIY Teepee Party Invitations

I've finally sent out the boys' party invitations and we're going loosely with a teepee theme.  Since I shared the invitations from last year's fox party, I thought I would share this year's here as well.  You'll also get a sneak peek at the boys' teepee (which is still not completely finished since one of the poles broke and I'm now going to have to resew the pockets for thicker poles).

I made the front of the invitation in Photoshop.  I was so happy to get a picture with both boys smiling! They have such different smily faces and I love them both to bits.  I simply printed my design at the photo store and then glued on a backing out of the same Marimekko shopping bag I used for this DIY art.  A whole was punched at the top and some ribbon (from the dollar spot at Target) threaded through.  I loved the triangle ribbon since it reminded me of little teepees.   I'm really happy with how they turned out.  I'm also sharing both the photoshop file and a slightly different PDF version at the bottom of the post (*both are for personal use only).

I had to share the couple pics of my youngest holding the invite since his outfit matched the colours pretty well.  I think he was more interested in the plane though. :)

Here is the PDF, slightly different, version of the invite for those of you who do not have access to photoshop.  The downloadable version has blanks for you to fill in your child's name and the other information.  Click the picture below to access the download.

I hope you like the invitations and have a really lovely weekend!

*If you would like me to edit either one of the invitations to include a photo and/or your contact information, I would be happy to do so.  I just ask that you follow me on any two of the following:
A) Bloglovin, Email, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and then email me at anu(at)nalleshouse(dot)com letting me know where you followed me, which invitation you would like edited (i.e., the photo invite or the black teepee invite) and the information you would like added.  I will then send you the file for the invitation in pdf/jpeg for you to print off.
