It's officially spring now. It doesn't feel one bit like it here though. I've been trying really hard to will spring to come - it doesn't seem to be working. :( Even though we still have snow on the ground and it's freezing outside, I haven't had a shortage of spring inspiration with all the spring/summer home decor and fashion lines coming out.
One of these sources of inspiration is the new spring/summer kids clothing line from Mini Rodini. Mini Rodini is a Scandinavian kids clothing brand founded by a Swedish illustrator, Cassandra Rhodin. The prints they come out with each season are always super fun and fashionable. I think these are clothes that both parents and kids will like equally. I also love that the prints are appropriate for both girls and boys alike.
For this spring/summer the clothes features really sweet zoo animals (to go with a mini zoologist theme). When I asked Little Pilot which of the clothes he liked best he said he liked them all. :) Here are a few of my favourite pieces from the collection. I think I may have to get my boys the toucan and lizard tops.
These cute clothes have me looking forward to the warmer weather and hopefully will distract me from the snow and cold we have outdoors. I hope you have a wonderful weekend and that it's looking more like spring where you are.
P.S. I was hoping to share a DIY with you today, but with all the boys in our house being sick all week, I didn't quite get the time to post it. I'll be sure to post it next week. It's a project for the boys room that was a big hit. :)
