Happy St. Cupcake's Day

This post is a little late today, but I wanted to wish you all a Happy St. Cupcake's Day.  That's what Little Pilot has been calling St. Patrick's day.  :)  I shared this photo on instagram already, but thought I would share it here as well.  You can find the recipe for these cupcakes here.  They are peppermint chocolate and have come out pretty perfectly each time for me.
