Before 1/2 birthday month is over, I had to share the pictures of my 1/2 birthday boys as well as Little Pilot's 2 1/2 year photos.
First up are the photos of both boys together. Little Pilot at 2 1/2 years and Co-pilot at 1/2 year:
The boys love looking out our big bow window to see what's happening on the street. As a matter of fact, I think we all like to watch out that window. There have been quite a few mornings where the whole family including Nalle are looking out from that sofa. :) The second photo shows how Little Pilot is with his little brother. He really loves him, but sometimes gets a little too excited. :) I just love Little Pilot's eyes in the third photo.
Here are Little Pilot's 2 1/2 year photos. At 2 1/2 Little Pilot is full of energy. He communicates in full sentences (in Finnish!). He still loves airplanes, but his leikkuri (lawn mower) and cars are also favourites. He loves his Finnish books best. Little Pilot is very considerate of others already at 2 years-old. He is always making sure that everyone is comfortable in his company and offering everyone refreshments, toys, etc. He still doesn't sleep through the entire night and likes to sneak into our bed. He has learned to use the potty. He has a strong drive to be independent, but is also very sensitive and sweet. I also think he has the best sense of humour in our family!
I know that was a lot of photos, but I just couldn't decide which ones to leave out and I love my boys so much! I am so blessed!

Thanks! They loved celebrating their 1/2 birthdays - not that they really understand what a 1/2 birthday is, but Little Pilot was allover the cupcakes I made. :)

DeleteAnu, both of your boys are absolutely gorgeous! And true Finns with their blond hair and complexion. I especially love Little pilots serious look. Makes him look even more like a Finn. ;) HEH! Beautiful pictures!
ReplyDeleteLittle Pilot has that serious Finn side too especially when he is in a new situation, but once he warms up he's quite the social butterfly. :)
DeleteOh they are so adorable Anu! They do look very Scandinavian. My oldest has that same white blonde hair and my youngest is actually named Finn. You have fabulous photography skills too. Have a great week!

I love Little Pilot's blonde hair. :) Love that you named your little one Finn! I wanted to give Co-pilot a Swedish name, but I was the only one that liked it so he got an easy to pronounce Finnish name. :)
